- Greet guests.
- Make sure music (facility-appropriate) is on at all times in the lobby.
- Type for Administrator, Director of Marketing, Director of Nursing, Activities Coordinator, Director of Food & Beverage, and LPN Supervisor (letters, reports, sales logs, newsletter, menus, etc.) when requested.
- Type all follow-up letters when requested.
- Mail information to prospective residents/family members.
- Sort mail and deliver daily.
- Sort newspapers and deliver daily.
- Answer telephone.
- Provide tours to prospective residents.
- Data entry.
- Complete required tracking logs.
- Copying.
- Prepare all Marketing packets.
- Help serve meals when needed.
- Printing monthly task sheets from PSP and make sure they are at each nurses station by the 1st of each month.
- Schedule outside groups for private dining room and other areas of building.
- Copy employee handbooks & keep updated.
- Order office supplies and maintain office supply budget.
- Keep updated Census on each floor and in the Emergency Procedures Book week.
- Update shower and laundry/housekeeping lists week.
- Type menus weekly. Get previous week’s menu with changes from Dietary Department.
- Type resident medications if self-administered for nurses.
- Keep up & file resident incident forms.
- Help with activities w/residents and marketing events as needed.
- Faxing and scanning as requested.
- All other tasks assigned by Management team members.
- Exhibit teamwork with all departments.
- Comply with all policies and procedures.
- Respect and honor Resident Rights.
- Track, scan and submit all signed in-service sheets, including on-line trainings, to Assessment and Care Plan Coordinator as well as any training certificates.
- Participate in orientation.
- Update in-service tracking log.
