As a PM Houseperson, you’ll support guest needs, assist the Public Areas team, and partner with Security and Front Desk to ensure the hotel remains clean, stocked, and ready throughout the evening.

Shift Options
- 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM
- 5:00 PM – 1:00 AM
- 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM Must have PM availability 7 days per week, including weekends and holidays.
- Respond to guest calls for amenities, linens, and service requests
- Stock linen closets, storage areas, and service stations
- Support public area cleanliness throughout the evening
- Assist Security and Front Desk with guest needs and service recovery
- Deliver items to guest rooms and throughout the hotel
- Help maintain a safe, organized, and guest-ready environment
- Support the overall guest experience with prompt, friendly service
- Reliable PM availability including weekends and holidays
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Comfortable working independently during evening hours
- Customer-service mindset with a helpful attitude
- Hotel experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stay active and manage multiple tasks
