Position: PM Houseperson (Evening/Night Shift)
Two Positions Available
The Hilton Virginia Beach Oceanfront is seeking PM Housepersons to support evening operations and help deliver a clean, safe, and welcoming guest experience. This role is ideal for night owls or individuals seeking a second job, with consistent evening hours and a fast-paced environment.
As a PM Houseperson, you’ll support guest needs, assist the Public Areas team, and partner with Security and Front Desk to ensure the hotel remains clean, stocked, and ready throughout the evening.
Shift Options

4:00 PM – 12:00 AM

5:00 PM – 1:00 AM

6:00 PM – 2:00 AM
Must have PM availability 7 days per week, including weekends and holidays.
What You’ll Do

Respond to guest calls for amenities, linens, and service requests

Stock linen closets, storage areas, and service stations

Support public area cleanliness throughout the evening

Assist Security and Front Desk with guest needs and service recovery

Deliver items to guest rooms and throughout the hotel

Help maintain a safe, organized, and guest-ready environment

Support the overall guest experience with prompt, friendly service

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift, push, and pull linen carts, supplies, and guest-request items

Frequent walking and standing throughout the shift

Ability to bend, reach, and move throughout public areas and guest floors

Minimal climbing may be required on rare occasions (step stool or small ladder)

Comfortable working in a large hotel environment with continuous movement
Mental Requirements

Ability to prioritize and respond to multiple guest and operational requests

Maintains awareness of surroundings and safety considerations at all times

Works calmly and effectively during busy periods or unexpected situations
