This position supports staff supervision, inventory control, and compliance with health and safety standards while leading by example and supporting the team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead restaurant, bar, or banquet staff during shifts
Ensure smooth service execution and resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards in all F&B areas
Train, coach, and support staff to maintain service standards and guest satisfaction
Assist in scheduling, payroll, and monitoring labor costs
Monitor inventory levels and communicate ordering needs to the F&B Manager
Conduct daily pre-shift meetings to review goals, assignments, and events
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations including alcohol service laws
Open and close outlets as needed, following proper procedures
Assist in the setup and breakdown of events, ensuring BEO requirements are met
