What You’ll Do

• Lead and execute multi-property sales strategies
• Drive revenue through smart pricing, occupancy growth, and upselling
• Build and maintain key client relationships
• Partner with marketing on promotions and visibility
• Represent the hotels at industry events and networking opportunities
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and sales performance

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).

Proven experience in hotel sales, catering sales, food and beverage sales, or hospitality management, with a focus on sales and revenue generation.

Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.

Knowledge of hotel operations, catering services, food and beverage trends, and revenue management principles.

Proficiency in sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
