Personal Injury Intake Specialist

Full-Time | Personal Injury Law Firm

We are seeking a professional, organized, and compassionate

Personal Injury Intake Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for

prospective clients. This position is responsible for handling new client

inquiries, conducting initial intakes, gathering case information, and

coordinating qualified leads with our attorneys.

The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who can

build trust quickly, ask the right questions, stay organized, and confidently

manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced law firm environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to new client inquiries by phone, email, and website.
• Conduct initial client intake interviews and gather detailed case information.
• Obtain information regarding accidents, injuries, medical treatment, insurance, and other relevant facts.
• Evaluate potential cases using established firm intake criteria and identify matters requiring attorney review.
• Schedule consultations and coordinate appointments with attorneys.
• Maintain accurate and detailed intake notes.
• Track leads from initial contact through consultation and retention.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information professionally.
• Provide an exceptional and compassionate client experience.
• Assist with other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow up consistently.
• Comfortable working with technology and learning case management software.
• Previous legal, personal injury, medical, insurance, or high-volume client service experience preferred.
• Paralegal experience or paralegal training preferred.
• Personal injury law firm experience is a plus.
