Aramjoo Law Firm is a growing plaintiff-side personal injury firm in Liberty, Missouri, and we're looking for an experienced attorney who is ready to take ownership of cases.

You'll have an experienced and capable team supporting you, including paralegal and administrative support. What we need is an attorney who can provide the legal judgment and direction: developing case strategy, taking depositions, handling hearings, evaluating cases, preparing for trial, trying cases, and overseeing the legal work performed by the team.

This is a position for someone who is already comfortable being the attorney responsible for the case. While our firm's owners are available as resources and collaborators, we're looking for someone who can independently make legal and strategic decisions.

What You'll Do

• Take primary responsibility for the legal strategy and direction of personal injury cases
• Independently manage litigation from filing through resolution or trial
• Take and defend fact, expert, corporate representative, and other depositions
• Develop case themes, theories, and trial strategy
• Draft, review, and argue substantive motions
• Handle court appearances, conferences, mediations, and hearings
• Prepare for and conduct jury trials
• Evaluate liability, damages, case value, and settlement strategy
• Negotiate with defense counsel and insurance carriers
• Review and provide direction on discovery, pleadings, demands, and other substantive work prepared by the legal team
• Oversee and provide substantive guidance to paralegals and support staff
• Ensure cases are moving forward strategically and efficiently
• Communicate directly with clients regarding significant case developments and legal strategy

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for an attorney with the experience and judgment to take ownership of a case and know what needs to happen next.

The right person will have:

• An active Missouri law license in good standing
• Significant litigation experience, preferably in personal injury matters
• Meaningful deposition experience
• Experience handling hearings, motions, mediations, and other litigation proceedings
• Trial experience or substantial responsibility preparing cases for jury trial
• Strong legal judgment and the ability to develop and execute litigation strategy independently
• The ability to oversee and provide direction to paralegals and legal support staff
• Excellent written and oral advocacy skills
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple active matters
• A genuine commitment to clients and excellent legal work

Kansas licensure is a plus.

We are looking for someone who enjoys responsibility and is comfortable walking into a deposition, hearing, mediation, or courtroom knowing the case, making strategic decisions, and advocating for the client.

• Base salary: $115,000–$150,000, depending on experience
