Now Hiring: Personal Care Assistant (PCA) – Assisted Living

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to join our assisted living team. In this role, you will support residents with daily activities while helping them maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, hygiene)
• Support mobility, transfers, and positioning
• Assist with meals, hydration, and daily routines
• Observe and report changes in residents’ condition
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment
• Provide compassionate, resident-centered care
  
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Compassionate and reliable with a service-oriented mindset
• Basic understanding of medical terminology preferred
• Previous experience in assisted living or senior care preferred
  
  
  

Schedule

• Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities available
• 8-hour shifts

Requirements:

• PCA Certificate from a verified PCA Course
