What You’ll Do:
- Assist with routine maintenance and repairs (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, etc.)
- Perform daily inspections and upkeep of facility grounds and equipment
- Respond quickly to maintenance requests to ensure resident comfort and safety
- Support the Maintenance Director with larger projects and preventative maintenance tasks
- Prior experience in a maintenance, repair, or facility support role preferred
- Basic knowledge of building systems and general repairs
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Compassion and respect for working in a healthcare setting
