Join our team as Maintenance Director and play a vital role in ensuring a comfortable, secure environment where residents feel truly at home.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee all building systems, maintenance operations, and repairs (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.)
- Manage preventive maintenance schedules and ensure full regulatory compliance (state, federal, CMS, Life Safety Code)
- Supervise and develop the maintenance team, fostering accountability and pride in workmanship
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs, inspections, and capital projects
- Lead emergency preparedness and safety initiatives
- Partner with leadership to support a clean, safe, and home-like environment for residents, staff, and visitors
- 3–5 years of maintenance leadership experience (healthcare or LTC setting preferred)
- Strong understanding of OSHA and Life Safety Code requirements
- Proven ability to troubleshoot building systems and manage budgets
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Bonus: Certified Healthcare Facility Manager (CHFM) or equivalent credential
