What You'll Do:
- Receive, stock, organize, and inventory medical and facility supplies
- Distribute supplies to nursing units and departments
- Monitor supply usage and maintain appropriate inventory levels
- Assist with ordering supplies and coordinating with vendors
- Maintain accurate inventory and supply records
- Coordinate and schedule resident transportation for medical appointments and other approved healthcare needs
- Communicate transportation schedules with residents, families, nursing staff, transportation providers, and other appropriate team members
- Confirm transportation arrangements and assist with changes or cancellations as needed
- Maintain accurate transportation schedules and documentation
- Help ensure residents arrive at scheduled appointments safely and on time
- Ensure compliance with facility policies and applicable regulatory standards
- Work closely with nursing, administration, and other departments to support
