Qualified candidates would have the following:
-Culinary school degree or previous experience in kitchens (preferred not required)
-At least 2 years experience in a high volume line cook position
-Solid punctuality, positive attitude, and willingness to grow and learn
-Be able to effectively communicate and take direction from supervisors
-Ability to understand and follow precise recipes to create consistent dishes
-Experience with high volume and fast paced environment
-Care about quality, cleanliness, and strong attention to detail
