Position Details:
- Starting wage: $12.04 per hour
- 12 hours per pay periodworking Every Other Weekend
- 9:30 AM–3:30 PM
What You'll Do
As an Activity Aide, you will help create engaging and meaningful opportunities for our residents while promoting dignity, respect, and independence.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead and assist residents with group activities
- Provide meaningful 1:1 activities based on individual interests and abilities
- Deliver mail to residents
- Transport residents to meals and activities
- Encourage resident participation and social engagement
- Build positive relationships with residents
- Promote dignity and respect in every interaction
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members
- Work cooperatively as part of a dedicated team
- Help create a welcoming and enjoyable environment for residents
