What are the responsibilities and job description for the Piano player position at Shady Grove United Methodist Church?
Shady Grove United Methodist Church is looking for someone to accompany hymn singing and provide music during our 11AM traditional service. In addition to Sunday mornings, there may be an occasional request to play for a wedding or a funeral.
Someone who can play both the piano and organ is preferable, but not required. The position pays $100 a week. For an additional $50 a week, the position could include directing our small choir. (This is not a required component.)
This is a permanent position, but until it is filled we are open to temporary or occasional commitments as well.
Shady Grove is a small congregation located in the beautiful Jonathan Valley area of Waynesville, NC.
Pay: $100.00 per hour
