Patient Services Representative

Proactively welcomes new admissions and responsible parties to the center and sets expectations, building a strong foundation for a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Builds positive rapport with patients and families by constantly rounding and addressing non-clinical concerns, fostering a sense of community and connection.
• Provides individualized customer service based on patients' needs, ensuring a personalized approach to care.
• Identifies opportunities to improve service and/or patient experience through various channels, including Kiosks, surveys, Google reviews, and other methods, driving continuous improvement.
• Investigates the root cause of patients' care concerns and involves the appropriate department leaders, ensuring prompt resolution and effective communication.
• Acts as a backup support to the admission team when needed, providing additional assistance and coverage.
• Helps patients navigate various digital tools needed to complete surveys and Google reviews, promoting engagement and participation.
• Facilitates customer engagement by assisting with admission contracts, questionnaires, and other duties as assigned, streamlining the admission process.
• Facilitates tours and validates room readiness before admission, ensuring a seamless transition to care.
• Completes grievances forms when addressing patients' concerns, ensuring proper follow-up and resolution.
• Maintains a positive, engaging, welcoming, and caring attitude while engaging with patients, families, and personnel, promoting a culture of compassion and respect.
• Demonstrates proficiency in using electronic programs, including but not limited to, CensusPro, PointClix Care, emails, Zoom, Teams, and Office Suite, to complete assigned administrative tasks efficiently.
