What You’ll Do
- Work alongside the General Manager to serve as a point person for Front of House operations during each shift.
- Support and guide Hosts, Support Staff, and Wine Tasting Associates
- Step into any role (host stand, bar, floor, retail) as needed
- Handle guest concerns professionally and resolve issues in the moment
- Maintain strong communication with managers and the team throughout the shift
- Oversee opening and closing responsibilities, ensuring standards are met
- Monitor cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation of the winery
- Help uphold service standards and reinforce training expectations
- Previous experience in hospitality or a leadership role preferred
- Strong communication and decision-making skills
- Ability to stay calm, confident, and solutions-focused in a fast-paced environment
- Natural leadership presence—team members look to you for direction
- Strong understanding of guest experience and service flow
