What You’ll Do
- Greet every guest with a warm, genuine welcome
- Manage waitlists and reservations to ensure smooth guest flow
- Guide guests through their visit, including seating and experiences.
- Communicate clearly with the team to maintain efficient service
- Answer phones with professionalism and enthusiasm, assisting with reservations, questions, and general inquiries
- Support the retail space by assisting guests with purchases, answering product questions, and maintaining a clean, organized shop
