Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in basic resort maintenance, including pool care, lawn care, basic electrical work, painting, and basic carpentry. In addition, light housekeeping could be required because we all pitch in to get the job done.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including pool and lawn care.
- Conduct basic electrical repairs and painting.
- Carry out basic carpentry work as needed.
- Monitor the property for any repairs or replacements that may arise.
- Complete work requests for common areas and guest rooms.
- Perform preventative maintenance to ensure the longevity of the property.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Experience in hotel or resort maintenance preferred.
- Knowledge of basic electrical, painting, carpentry, pool, and lawn care.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
