Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute an enterprise HR strategy aligned with ONELIFE’s Mission, Vision, and Culture Keys.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on workforce planning, organizational structure, and people‑related risk.
- Support a growing, fast‑moving organization with clarity, accountability, and consistency.
- Lead talent acquisition strategies for corporate and community leadership roles.
- Oversee performance management, leadership development, succession planning, and retention initiatives.
- Support leaders in building strong, engaged teams through coaching and development.
- Oversee employee relations, investigations, corrective action, and conflict resolution.
- Ensure compliance with multi‑state employment laws, wage‑and‑hour regulations, and HR best practices.
- Partner with legal, operations, and finance on workforce and risk‑management matters.
- Operationalize ONELIFE’s Culture Keys across onboarding, leadership expectations, and daily behaviors.
- Lead initiatives that strengthen engagement, accountability, and trust across all levels of the organization.
- Support leaders in creating positive, consistent employee experience.
- Oversee HR systems, policies, procedures, and reporting to support organizational growth.
- Drive process improvement and standardization across communities and corporate teams.
- Ensure HR practices are scalable, practical, and aligned with business outcomes.
- Senior HR leadership experience in senior living, healthcare, or multi‑siteoperations.
- Strongbackground in employee relations,investigations, corrective action, and multi‑state compliance.
- Experiencesupporting multiple communities or regionswithin a senior living or healthcare organization.
- Proven abilityto build and scale HR systems in a growingsenior living environment.
- Experienceleading talent acquisition forclinical and non‑clinical roles.
- Knowledge ofCalifornia labor laws and regulations, or experience supporting operations inCalifornia, strongly preferred due to the state’s complex and high‑riskregulatory environment.
- Proficient inMicrosoft Office and standard office systems.
- Must be able tospeak, read, and write in the English language.
