Duties

  • Greet visitors and manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring excellent phone etiquette at all times
  • Maintain calendar management and schedule appointments, meetings, and events efficiently to optimize team productivity
  • Oversee vendor management by coordinating supplies, services, and contractual agreements to ensure seamless operations
  • Support office management activities including filing, record keeping, and maintaining organized office supplies and equipment
  • Manage front desk operations with professionalism, ensuring a welcoming environment for clients and visitors

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles within a professional setting
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—with a focus on professional phone etiquette
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, and Office 365 platform- Outlook, Excel, etc.
  • Proficiency in using multi-line phone systems, calendar management tools, and filing systems
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities while maintaining attention to detail
