This part-time Office Administrator role supports a church office environment, requiring hands-on experience with office management tasks including bookkeeping, scheduling, and communication. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks Online is essential to efficiently handle multi-tasking duties and ensure smooth daily operations. Reporting directly to the Senior Pastor and Office Support team, this position is particularly vital during monthly financial close periods.

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks
  • Maintain bookkeeping records using QuickBooks Online
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite for document creation and communication
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings
  • Facilitate clear communication within the church office and with external contacts
  • Multitask effectively to handle peak workload periods, especially during monthly close

 

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in office administration

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with QuickBooks and bookkeeping
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Ability to multitask efficiently in a dynamic environment
