We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail operations. Duties
- Lead and supervise store staff, including hiring, training, and developing team members to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, stocking, and POS transactions.
- Manage sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets through effective team management and marketing initiatives.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain excellent customer service standards.
- Conduct employee training and coaching to build and maintain a skilled and motivated team.
- Utilize organizational skills to coordinate scheduling and time management for staff coverage.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, and store procedures while maintaining a clean and organized environment.
Requirements
- Proven management experience in retail environments with supervising responsibilities.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team effectively.
- Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for diverse customer engagement.
- Proficiency in retail math, POS systems, and inventory management.
- Experience with employee interviewing, training & development.
- Knowledge of merchandising, pricing strategies, sales management, and marketing techniques.
- Organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Customer service-oriented mindset with strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
- Previous assistant manager or supervisory experience is preferred; leadership qualities are essential for success in this role.
Pay: From $22.00 per hour
