We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our PUMA retail location in Lehi, UT. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will lead your team in achieving sales targets, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining an organized and visually appealing store, and managing inventory. The role involves staff training, performance evaluation, and fostering a positive work environment that aligns with PUMA’s values and goals. Additionally, you will develop and implement strategies to drive store growth and improve efficiency.
- Leadership and Team Management: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, effectively delegate tasks, and manage employee performance.
- Sales and Customer Service: Strong background in achieving sales targets, providing excellent customer experiences, and handling customer inquiries or concerns professionally.
- Retail Operations: Experience with inventory management, merchandising, and maintaining store cleanliness and organization.
- Strategic and Analytical Skills: Demonstrated capability to analyze sales data, develop action plans, and implement strategies to improve store performance.
- Excellent Communication: Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills for interactions with team members, customers, and corporate stakeholders.
- Additional Qualifications: Knowledge or passion for sports and lifestyle products is beneficial. A bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred but not required.
