Job Summary
Responsible for building and supporting electrical power distribution products by interpreting electrical and mechanical drawings, assembling components, and ensuring quality standards are met. Assists with design updates, troubleshooting, testing, and continuous process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings/schematics.
- Assemble and wire electrical products according to specifications.
- Perform quality inspections, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Identify design or assembly issues and recommend improvements.
- Update work instructions and communicate technical changes.
- Support project teams and provide guidance during production as needed.
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent technical education preferred.
- Experience with electrical wiring and quality inspection.
- Ability to read electrical prints/schematics.
- Strong computer, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of electrical and mechanical assembly processes.
Preferred Experience
- Quality assurance/inspection experience.
- Hands-on wire assembly experience.
- Comfortable using hand tools and working with technical documentation.
