Entry Level Service Coordinator

Description:
- Provide administrative and operational support to CPM and field service teams.
- Schedule and dispatch crews, manage calendars, assist with permits, invoices, phone calls, and job documentation.
- Support Service Coordinators and help streamline daily field operations.
- Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office required.
Required:
- Experience with HVAC, construction or similar service/utility environments preferred.
- Background in admin support, dispatching, service coordination, customer service, or office coordination.
- High School Diploma required.
- Looking for candidates 2-5 years of experience.
Notes:
- Hybrid schedule: 4 days onsite in San Diego, CA
- Hours: Approx. 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM PST
