Pay rate: 20 per hour on W2
Location: Pittsburgh, PA, USA, 15205

Dishwasher Role :
Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment; washes and sanitizes items by machine and hand; follows health, safety, and hygiene regulations; removes waste properly; uses cleaning chemicals correctly; performs opening and closing routines; supports a positive guest experience.
Description:
- Maintains a clean supply of dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, and trays that comply with Food Safety Standards.
- Washes dishes, glassware, and flatware in a properly maintained dish machine and washes and sanitizes pots, pans, and utensils by hand.
- Cleans, operates, and maintains equipment according to safety, health and sanitation laws and guidelines standards.
- Maintains a clean restaurant by removing all used dishes, pots, pans, utensils, silverware, and trays to the dish room and returning them to the prep and serving areas once clean.
- Follows food handling, health, safety, hygiene and sanitation regulations and guidelines.
- Removes and empties trash following waste management and environmental policies.
- Ensures proper use of chemicals for dishwashing equipment and cleaning.
- Performs Dish Room opening and closing routines as assigned.
- Provides visitors with a positive shopping/dining experience by ensuring guest convenience standards are met or exceeded.
- Uses available resources to maintain and update knowledge on Food Service products, services, and guest interaction skills.
