Job Title: Data Entry Clerk

Weekly day range – Monday – Friday
Shift Time – 06:30-15:00
Description:
· Inputs information from a variety of sources into a database.
· Must meet standards for production volume, accuracy, and completeness.
· Requires strong attention to detail, and good communication skills.
· Ability to work well under various time-sensitive situations.
High Level Overview of the Role:
· Data entry of employee hours worked into our timekeeping system (MyTime) and records keeping and retention of Department of Transportation documentation. Various tasks assigned.
Experience:
· 2-5 Years of Experience.
Education Requirements:
· High School diploma equivalent required, College level education preferred
Some Notes on the Role:
One round of interviews with a 2–3-person panel. It will be the host manager and other supervisors.
Conversion to FTE is a possibility based on availability of budget at the time.
Onsite Requirements:
5 days a week to start with an option to work remotely 1 day a week when the employee is trained.
