Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior .NET Full Stack Developer to design, develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise-level web applications and business intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Microsoft .NET technologies, React, SQL Server, REST APIs, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and modern software development practices. This role involves translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Programming, or a related IT field. Equivalent professional experience may substitute for education on a year-for-year basis.
• 7 years of experience translating functional requirements into technical specifications.
• 7 years of experience designing, developing, testing, debugging, deploying, and maintaining enterprise applications and business intelligence solutions.
• 7 years of experience developing custom Microsoft .NET applications using Visual Studio 2019 and SQL Server (RDBMS).
• 7 years of experience with Azure DevOps and/or Team Foundation Server (TFS) for source control, branching, release management, and CI/CD.
• 7 years of experience with C#, ASP.NET, .NET Framework 4.x, MVC, Web API, WCF, Entity Framework, nHibernate, HTML, JavaScript, AngularJS, jQuery, Bootstrap, JSON, and SQL Server.
• 5 years of experience with .NET 6 , ASP.NET Core, ASP Identity Core, EF Core, Azure AD/B2C, ReactJS, REST APIs, MVC 5, and Bootstrap 5.
• 7 years of experience architecting and building scalable web applications in Agile environments.
• 7 years of hands-on experience with React and modern frontend development.
• 7 years of experience integrating Google Maps APIs and geocoding services.
• 7 years of experience with SSRS, SSIS, Active Reports, workflow/routing solutions, form builder applications, and role-based security implementations.
• 7 years of experience implementing 3-tier architecture and developing WCF services and Web APIs.
• 7 years of experience using Git, GitHub, GitFlow branching strategy, pull requests, code reviews, and automated CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps.
• 5 years of experience developing scalable RESTful backend services.
• 2 years of experience utilizing AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot.
• Experience with imaging toolkits such as GdPicture is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade web applications using Microsoft .NET technologies and React.
• Translate functional requirements into detailed technical designs and development solutions.
• Develop secure, scalable REST APIs and backend services.
• Build responsive user interfaces using React, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap/Tailwind CSS.
• Design and optimize SQL Server databases, stored procedures, and queries.
• Develop and maintain SSRS, SSIS, and Active Reports.
• Implement role-based security, authentication, authorization, and Azure AD/B2C integration.
• Integrate Google Maps APIs, geocoding services, and workflow solutions into enterprise applications.
• Manage source code, branching, releases, and CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub, and GitHub Actions.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, code reviews, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, QA teams, and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Prepare technical documentation, troubleshoot production issues, and provide ongoing application support.
• Utilize AI-assisted coding tools to improve development efficiency while maintaining code quality and best practices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Tailwind CSS.
• Experience with GitHub Copilot or similar AI development tools.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and enterprise application development.
