Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and service-oriented contractor to join our operations team. This role involves handling time-sensitive daily reports, managing sensitive client information, and providing exceptional service to high-net-worth clients and financial advisors. The ideal candidate will be a quick thinker, a strong communicator, and a collaborative team player.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage daily operational reports with strict deadlines.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and accuracy.
- Provide phone support for clients and financial advisors (approximately half the workday).
- Deliver a service-first experience in all client interactions.
- Collaborate effectively with team members in both virtual and in-person meetings.
- Participate actively in team discussions, training, and feedback sessions.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.) at an advanced level.
- Pull pre-exam documents for examiners
- Monitor PCG Examiners Inbox and reply to requests from branches, internal audit, and other various departments
- Monitor ESS Inbox to document fees & fines submitted by examiners
- Archive exam documents in Service Center Portal
- Back-up assistance provided for phones when examiners are unavailable to take the calls
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a client service or operations support role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to make quick, informed decisions under pressure.
- Professional, pleasant demeanor with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Comfortable working with high-net-worth individuals and financial professionals.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data responsibly.
- Willingness to fully engage in team meetings, both virtual and in-person.
- High school diploma or equivalent required and a minimum of 3 years of client services experience
