Job Summary:

We are looking for a professional, organized, and customer-focused Receptionist / Front Desk Coordinator to manage front office operations and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees while ensuring smooth daily office operations. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
  • Greet guests, maintain visitor records, and coordinate meeting arrangements.
  • Manage front desk activities and ensure a welcoming office environment.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Schedule meetings, conference rooms, and appointments as needed.
  • Provide administrative support to HR and office management teams.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate replenishment.
  • Assist with data entry, document preparation, and filing.
  • Maintain confidentiality of company and employee information.
  • Support daily office operations and handle general inquiries.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Coordinator, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to maintain a professional and friendly attitude.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information appropriately.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a corporate office environment.
  • Experience supporting HR or administrative functions.
  • Familiarity with scheduling tools, office management systems, or visitor management software.
