Role: ArcGIS Application Development Analyst
Location: Tallahassee, Florida (onsite)
Duration: Long term contract

- s.Support FL-SOLARIS land inventory management and maintain spatial datasets related to conservation lands, easements, recreation areas, and owned land
- s.Utilize CLEAR (Conservation, Lands, Easements, and Recreation) systems and related tools to support land management activitie
- s.Utilize LITS systems and tools to support operational, reporting, and land records management activitie
- s.Troubleshoot user access, workflow, and data-related issues within CLEAR applications and coordinate resolutions with technical team
- s.Support user role management, permissions, and access control activities for CLEAR modules through enterprise security tool
- s.Perform data quality checks using ArcPy to validate spatial and attribute data accuracy, completeness, and consistenc
- y.Develop and maintain GIS dashboards and ArcGIS Story Maps to support data visualization, reporting, and business operation
- s.Manage and assign user roles and access permissions for CLEAR and LMS applications through enterprise security suite tool
