Data Clean-up including analysis and resolution of system generated data warnings and conflicts.
Utilize LITS systems and tools to support operational, reporting, and land records management activities.
Research, analyze and resolve GIS and non-GIS data conflicts in response to the LITS data conflicts and warnings.
Strong experience with SQL, Oracle, SQL Server, and TOAD.
Troubleshoot application issues, data inconsistencies, and reporting defects in production and test environments.
Conduct requirement analysis sessions and translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
Required Skills:
2 years of experience working with LITS systems/tools.
2 years of experience using ArcPy for data validation, quality control, and geospatial data analysis.
4 Years of experience developing dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Qlik Sense
3 years of experience with Python scripting, ArcPy, and geospatial automation.
Knowledge of application security, role-based access control, and user provisioning processes.
Experience with land survey and cadastral mapping.
Experience with web content management and administration using Drupal.
Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, QA/testing, and UAT processes.
