Job Description:
Summary:
- Printing, folding, stuffing envelopes
- Open, sort and scan incoming mail
- Scanning, saving, filing documents
- Stocking paper
- Opening & Sorting through returned mail
- Watering office plants
- Other misc. office tasks
Qualifications:
- Extremely detail oriented
- Fast pace work style
- Uses time efficiently
- Checks for mistakes
- Intermediate level concepts, principles and practices of providing administrative support.
- Operating standard office equipment and using required software applications.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, File Explorer, Adobe
- Typing speed 40 WPM
- Organize, manage and track multiple detailed tasks and assignments with frequently changing priorities in a fast-paced work environment.
- Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. • Work collaboratively within a team environment.
- High School diploma with a minimum of one (1) years of general administrative support experience required.
