What are the responsibilities and job description for the Technical Recruiter position at SGS Consulting?
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a high volume of requisitions across multiple salary levels (exempt and non-exempt) and locations (on-site and virtual) across America
- Perform full life cycle recruiting for professional, technical, and engineering roles
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies in partnership with Hiring Managers
- Build diverse talent pipelines aligned with workforce planning
- Source candidates using databases, social media, Boolean searches, job boards, networking, referrals, and cold calling
- Build and maintain pipelines of top talent through networking and creative sourcing channels
- Act as a consultant and subject matter expert to hiring managers and stakeholders
- Identify root cause solutions to complex recruiting challenges and implement effective solutions
- Partner with Hiring Managers, Internship, Campus, and Talent Acquisition teams as a Diversity & Inclusion subject matter expert
- Perform other duties as assigned
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and/or 4 years of recruiting experience (agency, corporate, or startup)
- Strong collaboration with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners
- Experience coordinating and managing interview processes
- Experience with ATS (Workday preferred)
- Proficiency in Google Suite
- Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate evaluation skills
- Ability to work independently in both strategic and tactical capacities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High sense of urgency, strong work ethic, and results-driven mindset
Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
Salary : $50 - $55
