Recruiter

Job Description:

Top 3-5 Must Haves:

· 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience

· Experience with recruiting metrics, SLA, and KPIs

· Experience sourcing for niche roles using LinkedIn Recruiter

· Experience with SuccessFactors or other large enterprise ATS system (Taleo, iCIMS, etc.)

· Airline experience

This is a 3 month contract and it's 100% in person Monday- Friday. 1 round interviews in person.

Minimum Qualifications - Education & Prior Job Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience/training

• At least 2 years of recent experience in a recruiting function

Preferred Qualifications - Education & Prior Job Experience

• High-volume recruiting experience, especially in a unionized environment

• Experience conducting competency-based interviews

• Reporting experience relative to Talent Acquisition performance and metrics

• Experience with SuccessFactors or other large enterprise ATS systems (Taleo, iCIMS, etc.)

• Experience collaborating with RPO partner(s)

• Experience organizing and conducting hiring events

• Airline experience

Skills, Licenses & Certifications

• Excellent relationship management skills, ability to establish credibility, and partner with leaders to identify talent gaps, needs, risk and plans for actions

• Ability to demonstrate a strong customer orientation and influencing skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Knowledge of employment law, corporate recruitment practices

• Proven leadership skills

• Ability to think strategically; creative and innovative thinking skills, and the ability to exercise sound judgment

• Knowledge of workforce planning (forecast, identify specific needs, skills, locations, and behaviors) is a plus
