Job Description:

· Hands-on experience configuring multiple Workday HCM functional areas, including core HCM, absence, benefits, compensation, business process, and security.

· Troubleshoot, develop, and maintain integration systems across the Workday integration platform.

· Experience building and debugging custom reports, EIBs, connectors, document transforms, XSLT, calculated fields, BIRT, and Workday studio.

· Experience collaborating with Integration resources in a highly integrated system landscape.

· Conduct unit, integration, and regression testing.

· Maintain IT Business system integrity and application notes, system upgrades, changes, and user updates.

· Work closely with the onsite team, the offshore team, managers, and executives to ensure the release of high-quality solutions.

· Follow the Intuitive change management process. Analyze the impact of changes to the corporate application landscape

Detailed Job Description:

· Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience.

· Minimum 6 years of experience working on the Workday platform with Business Systems Analyst / Development experience in a full cycle implementation as well as in a support role.

· Strong experience with Workday project implementations and Workday integrations platform, including integrations with ERP and third-party applications.

· Hands-on experience with configuration of new and existing Workday features, including user management, roles/profiles, permissions, custom objects, new page layouts, custom fields, calculated fields, condition rules, validations, business processes, and notifications.

· Experience working with business end users, gathering requirements, and building detailed functional design specifications.

· Workday Pro Certifications – Integrations and HCM preferred.

· Ability to work with minimal supervision or guidance.

· Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others.

· Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.

· Able to work independently and consider cross-functional and downstream impacts with close attention to detail.

· Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, interpersonal, organizational skills, and problem-solving ability to work with non-technical end users.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $80.00 - $90.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
