In-Store Lead Generator

Job Description:

We are looking to fill the position of Lead Generator in the Brighton Home Depot store. This can be a part time or full time role. Your job will be working for SGI as a sales appointment generator inside your local Home Depot store. This specific post is for generating leads in the Brighton Home Depot store.
The purpose of the role is to generate leads for sales of residential heating and cooling systems, Water treatment, and whole home generators. When you generate a lead, you are scheduling an appointment for our sales rep to visit the customers home and provide them with a free in-home estimate. You will be initiating engagement with store customers with the goal of scheduling sales appointments. We have a permanent display in the store and your role is to let shoppers know that we offer free in-home estimates. You DO NOT need to know anything about furnaces, air conditioners, water treatment or generators to succeed.

Compensation:

$16-20 per hour
$25 for every lead that results in a in home presentation
1% commission on every lead that results in a sale
Our average job is $11,000, so your commission on that would be $110

Work Schedule requires you to work store "Power Hours" **

Thursday and Friday 10 am - 2 pm*

Saturday and Sunday 10 am to 4 pm*

*Times may be flexible depending on store traffic

**WEEKENDS REQUIRED

Our ideal candidate will have:

Three to five years previous sales/business experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
