[What the role is] We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated personnel to oversee the planning, execution, and management of Additions & Alterations (A&A) projects. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects meet functional, aesthetic, and regulatory compliance standard. [What you will be working on] Oversee the planning, execution, and management of A&A projects, ensuring all deliverables meet functional requirements, aesthetic standards, and regulatory compliance Develop detailed project scopes, budgets, and timelines while coordinating with contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment. Ensure all projects strictly adhere to local building regulations, fire safety codes, and Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) requirements. Implement best practices in project management to ensure timely delivery, quality control, and cost-effectiveness. Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including drafting requirements specifications for requests for quotation (RFQ), conducting evaluations, and overseeing contract administration. Collaborate with stakeholders to address and implement campus space planning needs effectively. [What we are looking for] Relevant degree and minimum 3-5 years of related work experience. Good interpersonal, leadership and communication (verbal & written) skills. Data analytic or relevant IT knowledge is a bonus. Experienced in managing outsourced service providers.
