You'll play a key role in delivering exceptional hiring solutions while ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
๐ Key Responsibilities
- Source Talent: Utilize job boards, social media, referrals, and professional networks to identify qualified candidates.
- Screen Candidates: Conduct initial interviews to assess skills, experience, and overall qualifications.
- Coordinate Interviews: Schedule interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Partner with account managers and sales teams to align recruitment strategies with client needs.
- Promote Employer Brand: Showcase our culture, values, and opportunities throughout the recruitment process.
- Ensure Compliance: Adhere to all legal requirements and internal hiring policies.
- Manage Data: Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and track recruiting metrics.
- Build Talent Pipelines: Develop and nurture a strong network of candidates for current and future openings.
- Support Candidates: Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the hiring process.
- Meet Outreach Goals: Achieve weekly targets related to candidate outreach, calls, emails, and engagement activities.
โ Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience recruiting for the U.S. market
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Experience recruiting blue-collar talent
- Experience recruiting within the Oil & Gas industry
- Experience working in high-volume recruiting environments
