Location: Jamaica, NY (Hybrid – 50% onsite after probation)Duration: 30 Months | Start: 2/6/2026Schedule: Full-Time (40 hrs/week)Overview:Seeking a senior Salesforce Systems Architect to support a large-scale Salesforce implementation for a public-sector client. This role requires deep technical expertise, strong stakeholder communication, and experience guiding large teams in complex Salesforce environments.Responsibilities:Lead client-facing discovery sessions and requirements gathering.Design, configure, and customize Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud).Build automation using Flow and Process Builder.Develop custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and/or LWC.Manage data migration, reporting, dashboards, and system security.Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.Create technical documentation and support testing and deployment.Requirements:7 years (84 months) Salesforce experience.Strong experience with Salesforce configuration and administration.Hands-on experience with automation tools (Flow, Process Builder).Experience with Apex, Visualforce, and/or Lightning Web Components.Expertise in profiles, permission sets, roles, and sharing rules.Strong reporting, dashboard, and data management skills.Proficiency with SOQL/SOSL.Ability to lead and mentor teams.Work Environment:Hybrid role (50% onsite after probationary period).Long-term engagement on a high-visibility initiative.
