SGA is focused on supporting the industry through education, networking, and resource sharing.
This is a full-time, on-site position located in San Carlos, CA. The Contract Instructional Designer will play a key role in designing and developing educational programs and curricula targeted at enhancing professional skills in the natural gas industry. Responsibilities include conducting needs analysis, creating effective instructional materials, managing learning management systems, and supporting training and development initiatives. The role also involves collaborating with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and alignment with industry standards.
- Proficiency in Needs Analysis and Instructional Design
- Experience in Training & Development and Learning Management
- Expertise in Curriculum Development and content structuring
- Strong project management, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field
- Knowledge of the natural gas industry is a plus
