This is a temporary work assignment for the rest of 2026, we are looking for an Instructional Designer with financial industry experience to work hybrid, Monday through Friday, 40 hours a week. Must live within the Pleasanton, CA area or willing to commute to the Credit Union on a weekly basis.

Designs and develops training programs, curriculum, methods and materials for various audiences. Conducts
skill assessments and collects input to identify training or development needs, goals, gaps, and appropriate
course content and training curriculum. Develops training and resources to support strategic initiatives and
defined credit union competencies. Establishes metrics to evaluate training effectiveness. Conducts evaluations
to measure training effectiveness. Collaborate with business partners and vendors to provide training and
materials to support new initiatives, processes, and systems. Performs research, updates, maintenance,
troubleshooting and educating our employees on our various knowledgebase and core operating systems.
