- Welcome patients and manage the check-in/check-out process
- Schedule appointments, verify insurance, and answer phones
- Reviews treatment, insurance and financial responsibility with patients along with scheduling treatment.
- Call specialists to schedule patients who are being referred for treatment outside of our office.
- Monitor the schedule and fill appointment openings, run monthly Comprehensive Exams needed list and reach out to patients to schedule.
- Keep the staff and doctors informed of any scheduling concerns.
- Administer pre-authorization of insurance benefits, input and phase treatment plans
- Collect down payments and educate patients about different finance options such as Care Credit.
- Experience in a dental or medical office setting preferred
- Comfortable with dental software and multitasking
- Friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented
