We’re growing and looking for outstanding professionals to join our team. Our Treatment Plan Coordinator will phase treatment plans, go over treatment with patient, and schedule treatment. What You’ll Do: Welcome patients and manage the check-in/check-out process Schedule appointments, verify insurance, and answer phones Reviews treatment, insurance and financial responsibility with patients along with scheduling treatment. Call specialists to schedule patients who are being referred for treatment outside of our office. Monitor the schedule and fill appointment openings, run monthly Comprehensive Exams needed list and reach out to patients to schedule. Keep the staff and doctors informed of any scheduling concerns. Administer pre-authorization of insurance benefits, input and phase treatment plans Collect down payments and educate patients about different finance options such as Care Credit.
