Job Purpose:
To check products standards by inspecting samples, reporting defects to ensure that manufacturing standards are met.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
- Maintains Quality standards including inspecting products and recording all product defects.
- Carry out quality checks, pulling samples to ensure that all products and services meet manufacturing standards.
- Provides feedback to the Production staff regarding sample quality.
- Assists in maintaining written documentation and inspection controls.
- Provides a labeling system.
- Responsible for meeting deadlines.
- Report time and production results accurately.
- Suggest improvements, cooperate with other departments, and improve your knowledge of SG360 and the graphic arts industry.
- Follow proper work procedures, comply with SG360 policies and obey safety and security rules.
- Overtime may be required occasionally to meet the needs of our customers.
Education/Experience:
- Some high school preferred.
- Some printing experience preferred.
Physical:
- Some lifting, squatting and sorting required.
