SG Partners is looking to add a recruiter to join our team for a near-term start in our NYC office. SG Partners has been a leader in financial recruiting for 34 years serving clients in private equity, venture capital, private credit, hedge funds, real estate and investment banking in both investing and non-investing roles (e.g., IR & Fundraising, Portfolio Operations, Corporate Development). SG has a long track record of helping firms build their teams from the ground up as well as expanding the teams of established firms. SG Partners has evolved and grown with the financial services industry to accommodate our clients’ needs.
Our recruiters are involved in all aspects of the search process from identifying top talent through closing. We work closely with our clients to understand their specific objectives. Responsibilities range from candidate assessment and search execution to involvement in business development initiatives.
Candidates must have at least 4 years of experience in a financial services or investor relations role.
