Job Summary:

The Senior Marketing Coordinator is responsible for creating high-quality marketing collateral and leading proposal efforts to support the company’s growth objectives. This role plays a key part in developing competitive RFP/RFQ submissions, website maintenance, social media campaigns, and maintaining brand standards. The Senior Marketing Coordinator works cross-functionally with executive leadership, senior leaders, estimators, project managers, and business development professionals to position the company effectively in target markets.


Experience:

5 years of marketing experience, preferably in construction, architecture, engineering, or related industries. Demonstrated experience leading RFP/RFQ responses and proposal development. Familiarity with public and private sector procurement processes. Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, WordPress, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), and basic understanding of construction terminology and project delivery methods. Exceptional writing, editing, proofreading, and strong organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment, collaborative mindset with technical and operations teams, and high attention to detail and accuracy.


Responsibilities:

• Lead the coordination and production of RFQs, RFPs, and qualification packages.

• Support website updates and content management.

• Manage social media content highlighting projects, safety milestones, and company achievements.

• Assist with email marketing and client communications.

• Develop compelling, compliant proposal content aligned with client requirements.

• Create project sheets, team resumes, and case studies.

• Manage proposal schedules, deadlines, and review processes.

• Assist in executing annual marketing plans aligned with company growth goals.

• Support market research efforts to identify new opportunities and trends.

• Track and report proposal win rates and pursuit metrics.

• Develop award submissions and industry recognition applications.

• Maintain brand standards across all marketing materials.

• Coordinate photography and documentation of completed projects.

• Collaborate with Business Development and Operations teams on pursuit strategy.

• Prepare presentation materials and interview decks.

• Maintain internal database and track client interactions.

• Maintain positive working relationships with Clients and industry partners.

• Communicate any new project opportunities to Business Development.

• Attendance at industry networking events.

• Additional responsibilities, as needed.


Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign (required)

• Adobe Photoshop

• Adobe Illustrator experience (preferred)

• WordPress (preferred)

• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

• CRM systems experience is advantageous

• Basic understanding of construction terminology and project delivery methods
