What You’ll Do
As an Inside Sales Closer / Telemarketer, you will:
- Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls with homeowners who need real solutions.
- Qualify leads, control the conversation, and sell service agreements for our residential repair crews.
- Overcome objections confidently using proven scripts, rebuttals, and frameworks (we provide the system — you bring the edge).
- Follow up relentlessly using structured cadences inside HubSpot CRM.
- Hit daily activity targets and crush weekly conversion goals.
- Compete, improve, and push yourself every single week.

Must-Haves:
- Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, call centers, or high-volume phone sales.
- Strong objection-handling skills and comfort asking for commitment.
- Competitive mindset — you like metrics, leaderboards, and being the best.
- Coachable, disciplined, and consistent.
- Comfortable working in a structured sales process with accountability.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Home services, construction, or remodeling sales experience.
- Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
- Familiarity with consultative selling frameworks.
