Objectives
- Actively supports and represents the SFS Group USA brand by performing the daily spray paint duties. The ideal candidate could start with packaging/bagging, hanging, and blasting and learn Paint Technician, Color Match Tech, or Wax Station duties.
Principal duties
- Racking, hanging, or packaging of painted and unpainted fasteners
- Packaging and spray bag packing
- Loading and emptying of components at the dumping station
- Identifying and utilizing different colors of spray paint to match customer specs
- Reading, processing, and confirming work orders
- Follows applicable work instructions and safety guidelines
- Actively prevents and detects potential quality problems
- Weekly cleaning as required
- Other duties as assigned.
