We have a full-time opportunity for a Material Handler within our supply chain/ warehouse. This individual will be responsible for the accurate processing of SFS products being shipped to our customers, as well as coordinating incoming freight. This position starts at $19.00; this position is for 1st Shift! ( HRS 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm)

Material Handler Qualifications:
- High school diploma/GED
- Experience with forklift-tow motor operations and prior warehouse experience is highly desirable
- Must be able to maintain an SFS tow motor license
- Basic math and reading skills, able to read and understand written instructions and compose notes as needed
- Must be able to accurately enter data into warehouse system
- Must be able to willing to have occasional overtime, including weekends as need to fulfill position requirements
Material Handler Primary Responsibilities:
- Able to efficiently operate tow motors and safely perform all material handling as needed for delivering materials from storage to production areas
- Efficiently and safely load and unload trailers as required
- Complete tasks as requested in message log system
- Perform weekly cycle counts on wire inventory with Supply Chain
- Contribute to a good work climate and environment
- Actively communicate with group leader and internal production customers
- Follows the QES (Quality, Environmental, Safety) standards
- Coordinate with suppliers to arrange delivery of materials to customers
- Evaluate all production schedules, determine all required materials and ensure availability of all materials
- Requesting orders for new materials when inventory is low
- Perform other duties as assigned
